No offense to Western Carolina, but Cullowhee at #10 just completely destroys the legitimacy of this list. If you put together a list of the best college basketball cities and Cullowhee is #10, time to burn your list and start over.

I agree. I had a son that went to WCU and they do not care about football or basketball. Whitewater rafting and hiking yes--sports no
