Sounds like Roger Stone had a pathetic defense team who allowed that person to be on the jury instead of striking her in the selection process. In America, people with strong opinions are allowed to be on juries and lawyers who don't appreciate those opinions are allowed to try and keep them from being on the jury. Not hard to understand.

No. It sounds like a tainted jury and a partial judge.

John Kelly’s deepest shiv: People who rely on Fox News ‘are not informed citizens’
Tainted juries and partial judges have always been an essential part of y'all's People's Dystopia of Lubish Absurdistan. Without them, the whole lubish project would be unthinkable.

This has to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. There is an entire system with jury selection where both sides get to strike potential jurors for any reason at all and then for cause. Either the defense attorneys didn't do their job in rooting out potential bias or they knew about it but struck other jurors for other reasons and viewed donations to a candidate NOT AT ALL INVOLVED IN THE alleged crime as irrelevant.
In an exclusive interview, Attorney General Bill Barr told ABC News on Thursday that President Donald Trump "has never asked me to do anything in a criminal case” but should stop tweeting about the Justice Department because his tweets “make it impossible for me to do my job.”
Barr’s comments are a rare break with a president who the attorney general has aligned himself with and fiercely defended. But it also puts Barr in line with many of Trump’s supporters on Capitol Hill who say they support the president but wish he’d cut back on his tweets.
Susan Collins thinks Barr’s answers sound phony.
This is crazy. We need a law that says only republicans can serve on juries and be prosecutors.
That's a start but it's not good enough. We need a law that prevents Democrats from serving as judges, providing testimony as witnesses or working in any law enforcement agency city, county, state or federal. The quicker we can root out anyone who has not sworn personal loyalty to the Great Donald Trump out of the military or the intelligence agencies the better as well.
