Catholic University says unions are against their religion

Looks like it made it to the SCOTUS in 1979.

I'd let them claim a religious exemption, but make them claim something other than Christianity.

I finally decided to click the link because I thought 'unions' meant 'civil unions'. Read the title and thought, "well.....yeah."
