I did see that. sometimes I do take a lactaid if I'm going to be eating only cheese all night just to be cautious but I'm usually fine with any cheese.

yep, finding out that cheddar doesn't have any lactose was like the greatest thing ever. i eat the heck out of good quality white cheddar now (never did really like the orange crap)
