Exactly. It's a little weird and reminds me of the newspapers from the Harry Potter movies
 
Does anyone else find it crazy that schools around Winston-Salem were on 2 hour delay today, which I can only assume was for the freakishly high winds?

Speaking of which, why don't we have this as a thing yet? I guess we sort of do if you're reading an article on a kindle/iPad but I want .gifs of the story in my Saturday morning newspaper dammit.
 
It was 35 degrees this morning. Easily the coldest it has been since I moved back to Florida.

Not surprised. When I was up at three and four I was listening to the scanner. There were reports of black ice.
 
I've got to go into work but I'm not looking forward to a potentially cold office.
 
We got 8" of snow here. No work woop woop.

Gf got 10" in NY (hehe) and she still has work, tho from home.
 
8" shuts down Philly? Jeez, Philly. That seems like weaksauce for a city in the Northeast.
 
I love modern technology. Orders a new iPod shuffle for $50 with free engraving and shipping on Monday. Ships from Shanghai on Monday night. Currently on a FedEx truck for delivery today.

So my building is on an emergency route and the building gets shut down if they need to plow during the morning rush. Pretty sure the city is fully operational by now.

I don't know how to interpret this.

Are you "running on all cylinders?"

Are you hungover and your brain feels all wobbly?

Do you appear to be an engine but you're really an asterisk? Just a sham of an engine?

Please advise.
