there's a chick i kind of know who uses one ALL THE TIME with her GoPro... one of her friends has totally started calling her out on it, too. "there's that little black stick following you around again! have you looked into a restraining order? it is EVERYWHERE." kind of funny.
 
it's really satisfying to kind of make up a recipe ... and have it turn out completely delicious. dutch ovens ARE THE BEST.

Yes we finally. thanks for asking. I'm having to play my cards right. We needs a reduction in the increase in rent as we still haven't found a place to buy. I'm going to use this as leverage.

how long have you been in the place? have they talked about any upgrades that haven't happened yet? more than calling them out for a total wrong-doing, point out the fact you guys are good, solid renters and the value of your home hasn't increased enough to warrant the rent hike.

...that's worked for us for the last 2 years in the apartment.
 
How comfortable are the pit ladies with workers in the home?

Our A/C is on the fritz and our landlord is sending his handyman over. Seems like a nice guy but I've always been here when he comes.
 
It may totally shock you to find out that I am comfortable with handypeople coming over when I am here.


Also, A/C? Psh. #thingswedontworryaboutinoregon
 
...that said, I definitely want either me or Jason to be here when someone comes. We don't have anything fancy, but I just don't like people here when I am not. Especially w/ Jackson (who wouldn't care one way or the other, but I don't knwo what someone will do w/ him -like close him in the bathroom or something- when they are here and we are not).
 
Well we haven't run the A/C since like October but it was 80 this weekend and when we turned it on while cleaning there was no cold air.

I wouldn't think it would be a big deal and we have delivery guys coming to drop off our new couch that same day.

Mtndeac has been in it for three years. No upgrades have been done and the rent has increased by $300 over time. Problem is we are dealing with a brand new rental company in negotiating. They took over in October.
 
Jury duty in Cali is ridiculous

I have it sometime this week, but I don't know exactly when until after 5pm the night before when it'd posted online

Should I start juicing? I had some good carrot Apple ginger every morning at the Grove Park. Seems like something all the kids are doing and my Vitamix can handle it.
