Clemson guard Brevin Galloway to miss a few games with unique injury

My brother had something similar happen in high school. At first, doctors were concerned it twisted, cutting off circulation, and went in to surgically repair. Turns out, it was just a freak infection.
 
A friend back in school thought going to lacrosse practice without his cup would be ok. No biggie he thought. What can happen?

A nut shot with a lacrosse ball full speed and your sac swelling up to the size of cantaloupe can happen.
