I know we had a livermush thread on that other site, but not on here. Thanks CNN for inspiring me to start one. They are doing a series called Defining America which is a series of local stories for each state and one of the North Carolina feature stories is liver mush.

Does a good job of explaining the difference between liver mush, liver pudding, and scrapple (damn yankees). Who's hungry?
