On my tablet, the little circular thing that shows up by the cursor when you are downloading keeps on going.

Is this bad?

How can it be fixed?

rj, that sometimes happens on my iPad, usually when I click on an imbedded video on Facebook. Try reloading the video from the window that is hung up.
