Cool article about Wake developing NFL talent

Saw this and thought it would be good to share. It shows Wake is in the top 5 in schools that best develop NFL talent. The way they arrive at numbers is a bit different, but this is great praise for Grobe and his staff. This needs to be shown to all potential recruits!

This is a great article and should be great for the program. I hope it helps us recruit a bit more of that talent.

Good analysis overall. They do the best they can with limited data. The only problem is that they could determine coach effects or if players by class were just underrated or overrated by separating the draft analysis by season and identifying outliers along with the program average.

Our coaches should be sending a copy of this article to every kid they recruit. As a recruit, I don't know how you could not be swayed big-time by that.

Very interesting analysis - suggests that if we're basing recruiting ranking on whether or not a player is going to wind up playing football professionally, the SEC, ACC, and Big XII are perpetually overrated.
