Watching S1 of the The Wire, and the technology from 2002 makes it feel like it's 1988. It will be interesting if/when there are period dramas from the early 00s, and prop departments are making vintage Gateway computers.

It's like how so many story lines from Seinfeld would have been avoided with Smart Phones.

Last night on way out shared a uber with a hot Cali chick and she was friendly and wanted to party coulda pulled it off it was hot and good for self esteem

First ever uber ride: hot chickshares ride and wants to party probs bang too but is cool and friendly. second uber: the driver fella was former foreign translator hero who was awesome...although the more experienced uberors tell me that I've been lucky it's not always heros and hot chicks
