Cuccinelli supports enforcing anti-sodomy laws

So what's the loophole here? That since he's using it to prosecute a hetero statutory rapist and not a gay man it's ok?
 
Cooch had a bizarre "appearance" with Cruz over the weekend. Cruz lavished praise on Cooch, but Cooch refused to be photographed with Cruz and didn't mention him in his remarks. Reminded me of Mitt and Trump. What's the point of having somebody campaign for you if you don't dare be photographed with them because of their negatives? Like Mitt, Cooch wants to keep the Tea Party motivated, but Cruz is a huge negative for Fed workers in Northern VA. As usual, seems like Cruz is helping himself more than the GOP.

Cooch wants to be photographed with Cruz in Lynchburg, but not Fairfax County... the difficulty of campaigning in a "Purple" state even among your own party...
