Diplomacy

Quick recap as I head to bed:
-France takes three and sets a target on its back
-But it likely doesn't matter because England could not have displayed its loathing to Germany any more clearly while still only getting one.
-Germany, quite frankly, is not in good shape. I don't want to say screwed, but that word is coming to mind.
-Turkey gets two builds because of Austria's generosity/desperation.
-Russia could have had three builds, but settles for a clean two.
-Italy had about the worst turn imaginable.
-And Austria gets two builds, just like they drew it up.

dv7, how do you come back from that? Beg Austria not to take Rome?
