his bac was .4 at the police station, jeez. It must have been like .45-.5 when he was driving. Also, it was 11 am, I would kind of like to know more to this story but am afraid of the details.

pros like that can survive some ridiculous BACs from what I understand

Indeed. He's probably a better driver at 0.20 than he is at 0.0. Not that that argument wold hold up in court.
 
We need to see the video referenced in the police report.
 
"The length, girth and color of the "sexual anus plug in his rectum" was not listed in the affidavit. Also not specified was the make and model of the plug and an explanation of how it ended up in his bottom."

Why even read the rest of the article then?
