What a shock that Trump's campaign manager's bosses hacked the DNC to get opposition research on Trump!

Trump's Campaign Manager Paul Manafort worked for Putin for most of the 2000s. Looks like they may have done him a solid to help Trump's campaign.

Is it ironic that since Snowden has been in Russia that they have been able to hack the Joint Chiefs, the DNC and other government agencies?

Despite the lurid headline, it appears they also targeted Trump: "The networks of presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump were also targeted by Russian spies, as were the computers of some GOP political action committees, U.S. officials said."

Anyway, there is another story involving Russia and Clinton. Recently Julian Assange said Wikileaks will soon be publishing more Clinton emails. The rumor is they got them from Russia, who had hacked into the private server she foolishly and perhaps illegally had set up to get around FOIA. Russia will of course deny they are the source for Wikileaks.
Wikileaks will publish ‘enough evidence’ to indict Hillary Clinton, warns Assange
Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange warns more information will be published about Hillary Clinton, enough to indict her if the US government is courageous enough to do so, in what he predicts will be “a very big year” for the whistleblowing website.

Dude you need to take off the tin foil hat for a second.

There's no tin foil hat. Manafort was EMPLOYED for nearly TEN years in Ukraine to support and get Putin's hand-picked thug to be president of that country and get other Putin supporters elected to their Parliament.

This is a matter of public record.

I love it. RJ didn't adopt the usual spin on this but instead went right for the conspiracy angle. Keep it up, RJ. Think outside the box! Maybe one day it will rub off and you will start applying it to your own candidates.

The fact is Manafort worked for Putin's puppets. This is not in dispute.

But keep supporting Putin's man in the race.

the best thing about mercenaries is that they're loyal as long as you can pay them the most. who's richer? Russia or Trump?

No, or yes, depending on whether you mean truly ironic or Alanis ironic. Either way, Snowden has absolutely zero to do with the hackings.

CIA agent doesn't show his ID while headed into the embassy, gets jumped by Russian guard. Impressed he was still able to make it into the embassy.

US diplomatic officer tried to get into embassy, he put on cap hiding the half of his face and didn't show his pass and Russian guard thought he was a bad guy. Footage emerged on Thursday which shows a Russian security guard tackling to the ground an American diplomat and alleged CIA spy outside the US Embassy in Moscow.
Russian television has broadcast video footage of what it said was a Russian police officer and a US diplomat wrestling on the steps of the US embassy in Moscow.

Reports of the incident had emerged late last month. The Washington Post newspaper, citing US diplomats, said an embassy employee had been attacked on 6 June by the police officer. Russian officials said the diplomat had attacked the policeman.

The nighttime footage, from what appeared to be a closed circuit television camera across the street from a side entrance into the embassy compound, shows a yellow taxi pulling up and a man jumping out of the front passenger door.

He moves purposefully towards the entrance, but after he has taken about three steps the door of a police sentry box in front of the entrance swings upon.
A man in police uniform then darts out, grabs the man, and wrestles him to the floor about two metres (yards) from the door leading into the embassy building, according to the footage which was broadcast by the NTV station.

The footage then shows the police officer lying on top of the other man, who is on his back, pinning him to the floor. The man manages to wriggle his way towards the door and get it open, at which point the footage ends.
