University housing offices sometimes have lists of available places. Can you finagle access at Duke or NC Central?
 
Temporary setup or longer term living arrangement? Do you have any location requirements or desire to be close to restaurants/things to do?
 
Thanks all. My daughter and her roommate are looking. Daughter works at a law firm and rotates between Durham and Raleigh, roommate works at Duke. I honestly don't know enough about Durham to know where they prefer but they're pretty open to locations
