EA Sports College Football 25 NIL deal with all 134 FBS teams; Wake officially in the game

EA Sports on Thursday will begin allowing athletes to opt in to have their name, image and likeness appear in "EA Sports College Football 25." The players will each receive $600 plus a copy of the video game.

This will be a great way for players to market themselves especially if they're streaming the game. Any prominent player who doesn't opt-in will be regarded as petty.

It sucks that we finally get NCAA Football back and it's may be the worst Wake team we've had since the last game.

Not that I really care, but I don't get this rationale. Signing a piece of paper = not focused on football? The aloofness doesn't really come off as cool here as much as it does just weird
 
Getting $600 plus a game to increase your brand value with hundreds of thousands of gamers seems like a pretty straightforward deal.
 
Seems like its a bigger deal that he didn't do it than if he did. He's a f'n backup anyways
