Closing of Senior Services lot effective this season probably had some impact on this.
And speaking of parking, interesting that the WFU-hyped "one of the biggest events in Groves/Truist stadium history" has since the night-of been met with crickets from the University. Pretty sure they're laying low and hoping the whole thing blow over about the traffic situation. But they won't be able to put on another event of this magnitude without first admitting that it should have been handled better, and outlining steps taken to make it happen.
One possible suggestion: once vehicles are in the lineup on the connecting streets to get in the lots, do the Chick-Fil-A bit and have people walking down the line of cars and collecting the parking fee. Put a paid sticker on their windshield, and then they can be waved ahead w/o delay when they get to the lot.
