Getting a flat in Hong Kong

This is a long shot, but does anyone have advice on getting a flat in Hong Kong. I'm asking for a friend. In particular, any info on getting a short term (3 week) rental would be helpful. Thanks, y'all.

Thanks, all! I think my original post was a bit confusing. I wasn't asking about an apartment. I was asking what to do if my friend drives over a nail in the streets of Hong Kong. Should she get a short term rental (car)?
