Harrison Ford in plane crash

1940s era military trainer. Only person on board. Crashed on a golf course in Santa Monica. Reports say that he's in condition ranging from "fair" to "serious." Engine trouble appears to be the cause.

Just before 4:30 p.m. a family member confirmed to NBC4 that the actor is "fine" and suffered a few gashes. He is expected to undergo surgery for some injuries, but is in stable condition, the family said.He had no other choice but to make an emergency landing, which he did safely. He was banged up and is in the hospital receiving medical care. The injuries sustained are not life threatening, and he is expected to make a full recovery," his publicist said in a statement.

I heard the reason it crashed was there was a big snake in the plane. He hates snakes.
