Sounds pretty sweet to me. I saw him interviewed on an ESPN OTL segment on player safety recently, and he came across impressive.
 
Definitely impressive. Guess it makes sense to coordinate performance and safety.
 
If it means fewer injuries and faster recovery, I'm all for it.
 
He's worked with five Premier League clubs, so that could be a plus for Deacon soccer teams.
