I would think that the renegotiation of the ACC TV contract would provide the increased $$$ and certainty that Wake needs to go ahead and buy it.

Even with more money, why would Wake Forest overpay for that facility?

If we wait long enough we'll get it for virtually nothing.

Even then, the stadium is in need of a serious structural upgrades as it is now over 20 years old. Not sure the university should be sinking that kind of money into the project right now.
