It this scandal has been going on for 20 years. Swofford was the AD until 1997. It appears the demise of UNC started under his reign. Will he keep his position as President of the ACC?

is there anyone outside of messageboard posters at rival ACC schools that gives a shit?

He will probably just be demoted to Commissioner or something like that.

You of all people should understand, it's not about the academic integrity, but the profit.

Is this "prophet" bullshit Socal's version of the erstwhile lectro's "oracle?"

Yes, but not because of the UNC scandal. He should step down for allowing our conference to play stepchild to Notre Dame by not requiring them to be a full member in football.

Swofford saved the ACC with the grant of rights deal, which is the only reason Wake is still a member of a power 5 conference. He gets a pass on this one from me. They should go after Dean and make him vacate a bunch of wins.

Is this really a such bad deal for the ACC and why?

Well it's not like the ACC folding was imminent without a GOR.
