So, the guy needs a kidney/liver transplant (can't remember which). Does anyone else have an issue with him getting one over, let's say, a patient who didn't fuck theirs up by doing a lot of drugs? I would hate for him to get a new kidney/liver and then destroy that one due to repeated drug use again.

Everyone has two kidneys, and I think he just needs one (and not a liver), so NBD. Let him have one.
