This appears to be a failure of government solutions, (not enough) science, and good intentions; but, in fact ethanol is just a ploy from Big Corn that infects both political parties.

To be fair, many of us environmentalists knew from the get go that it was a ploy by Big Corn.
 
Ethanol has always been a welfare program for corn and Big Ag.

The stupid part of the climate change denial stance is that even if you're right and we eliminate carbon emissions the planet is saved. But if you're wrong and we eliminate carbon emissions the planet is still saved. What's the worst case scenario if you're right and we're wrong? Some oil executives lose some net worth?

I moved to LA 12 years ago for the good weather. the first 7 years I didn't need air conditioning. the past 5 years its been a shitton degrees hotter and I've had to move from a rent controlled building in order to get it.

How is this myth coming along?

Looks like it’s finally losing steam. Unreal display of mass mind and just how dangerous ideologies become when they put pseudo science in place of facts and demand fealty as if to a religious order. This effect is most likely the result of sunken psychological remains.. a previous religious inclination guides the apostate to attach some of his prior religious fervor into the service of his new found religion - ideology..in this case Anthropogenic Global CC
