No surprise that most of these spree killers have women problems. Definitely part of the reason that they decide to act irrationally.
 
If you read his whole manifesto he never even approaches a girl because he's too shy. He just assumes they will reject him. Oh, some girl teased him about skateboarding in the 6th grade.

Did he stab his roommates while they were asleep? Can't imagine that he was able to stab all three while they were awake and avoided a struggle. Not a fan of the guns everywhere scenario (if only the House Mother had been packing!), but he could have caused an incredible amount of mayhem had he gotten into a sorority with three semi-automatic pistols.
