Good post by one of the blogs a regularly read. I haven't made it all the way through but wanted to post because we've discussed these issues before.

Agree CEO pay is out of whack and many jobs could be funded with pay cuts but the problem lies in the cure. How do you do it? Also, I would not be in favor of any restrictions is the CEO owned a certain percentage of the company where he had some definite risk if his decision didn't work.
