Misdirection vs. Option - There is a difference

Seriously, how can you install a new offense with a Sr. QB who specializes in pocket passing and a SR. WR who is one of the best in the conference, if not the nation? Makes no sense whatsoever. Now to change the offense for next year with QBs who ran the option in HS, well that makes a bit more sense. Making the change this year, I cannot understand.

Yeah, I can see that. But I can more easily see the opposite. I bet he was hoping for a bowl-bound football team, which would really keep us all occupied into late December. Now we're only angrier at the whole mess that is our athletic dept.

And that is a generous use of the term "Deacon."
