Mitt Romney job creator-NOT & On Rush's shit list

Worried much? You should be. He gets in and its game on.

Liberals would love to see Romney nominated, but word is that Rick Perry is being encouraged to run because most of the GOP top dogs know that Romney is a loser against Obama. He's a flip-flopper with a record on healthcare that takes away one of the best issues the GOP nominee can run on.

Perry will run, win the nomination and Obama will lose. And we move on. And the grand experiment in socialism will go poof.

Don't know enough about Perry. What makes you think he is stronger than any of the other GOP candidates? His man Nick Ayers is running Pawlenty's campaign. Will he jump ship if Perry decides to run?

Just asking to enhance my personal knowledge. I want the nominee to be the man/woman who has the best chance to beat Obama.

No idea, but the tea leaves point to Perry jumping in. I'd like to see a Pawlenty/Perry race in the primaries to define in no uncertain terms where the party stands. Either guy would be fine by me and would ultmitly trounce the telepromptor if done with a bit of sense.

Quoted for posterity.

Anytime you want to place a wager on this, let me know.

We'll see Perry's secession statement(s) over and over if he is the nominee. They are a killer to him.

It will be interesting to see how strongly the Bushes get behind Huntsman.

Romney got booed big time in MI yesterday. His position (well his first position) of screw the auto industry could give his homestate primary to someone else.

So is Ron Paul being intentionally downplayed? The media can only keep him down so long, right?

Is that way the GOP is packing in all these idiot primary runners like Bachmann, Santorum, probably Palin, Gingrich?

Cant be to make the party look good...

GOP's best hope in the general is Ron Paul...question is whether they'll swallow their pride and give him a fair shake.

Ron Paul has no chance with the big money GOPers. They can't control him.

Only the liberal left took that seriously. Why am I not shocked.

I wish I had dirk's quotes from 2008 (screw you, scout.com!) blathering on about how President Obama had no chance in the general election.

That guy sure can call it.:willynilly:

I said Obama had no chance in the general election. Really.

This site reminds me of that little car at the circus where the clowns keep piling out and it seems impossible that there could be one more... and when you think it couldn't be possible, here he comes.

That's fine. Your posts resemble the old man on his front porch shaking his finger at the rain.

The guy has been around a while, so you figure he must know something about the world, but yet he is either too obstinate or too stupid to figure out that he can't stop it from raining.

But seriously, you must be scared to death of President Obama, given how quickly you are willing to jump behind a guy who was not even as good a governor as President Bush. :willynilly:

He doesn't have to be better than Bush. He has to be better than Obama. And that is not a tough sell.

Ron Paul is batshit crazy.
