The Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas lived up to its name again this week after the second person this year collapsed while huffing down a bypass burger.

The Quadruple Bypass Burger can top 10,000 calories. Basso said the Guinness World Records book contacted him Friday to say that the burger was being crowned the most caloric sandwich on Earth.

On Saturday night a woman was taken to hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack while eating a double-bypass burger, the joint's owner told ABC News. She is now recovering in hospital.

In February, a man at the same restaurant had a heart attack while finishing off a triple-bypass burger.

Customers over 350 lbs. eat for free and a prominent sign reads: "Caution: This establishment is bad for your health."

A year ago, the grill's 575-pound spokesman died at 29 because of complications with pneumonia.
