Is working on a NASCAR crew a full time job? How well does it pay?

It is and pays fairly well. Quite a few former Deacs, and football players in general have joined pit crews over the years. Most of them have other duties at the shop during the week when they're not at the track.

Wasn't Bolling one of the early success stories of Grobe's "anti-knothead" program when he first got here? Seems like that program became less and less effective as time went on though.
