With sports betting becoming legal in NC this March 11, has anyone done research on which sites/apps are offering the best promos? For those in other states, are the recommendations for which are better than others? I'm not a huge gambler, so don't need anything too sophisticated. I'm just hoping to get some free promo money that can sustain me for awhile, but curious for other opinions.
 
not sure, but when it became legal in illinois i would get those promo's for $75 free in betting or whatever then make one super high-odds bet and cash out

that was back when it was just fan duel and draft kings, so only did it a couple times -- should probably look into doing another round of it with all the apps that have emerged since then
 
Caesars and FanDuel keep popping up on my feeds. Those two appear to be running the specials and lobbying the hardest for your hard-earned money.
 
Caesar’s sucks. Fan Duel is decent. Draft Kings offers lots of promos.
 
It would be cool to get some free promo money for me to lose promptly during March madness.
 
Too bad we can’t all rake in the $$$ and take the Clemson money line Saturday

Same here. I'd like to dip my toes into the magic waters as well, but I don't need anything fancy either.

Of ESPNBet, Fan Duel, Draft Kings, etc which has the easiest cash out options and promos?
 
I’ve signed up for DK, FD and Caesars. Looks like DK and FD are the easiest to navigate and have the best promos. Only reason I have Caesars is because I’m a Caesars player when I go to Vegas and obviously Cherokee. Although the tier rewards credits are fairly minimal on the Sportsbook from what I’ve read.

Wow, DK really did have the Deacs at like -110 to miss the tourney even after the GaTech loss. Just put my entire balance on it. Lol.
 
DK's futures are sloppy. There are edges when they are slow to adjust happens a lot.
 
Last year I bet a higher amount than I would normally have when Wake played at Notre Dame and since then DK has restricted my wager amounts no matter the bet. If I try to bet $100, they may come back and say you can only do $72.54. If I try $10, it will come back and state only $8.22. I have reached out to them and they basically state they have the right to restrict any bettor they want. So weird when they have people on their wagering thousands and thousands every day. So if you are looking for any recommendation, I say fuck DK.

Meh, they all do this. My buddy and I both thought Rahm would win the Masters last year. Starting in January we both tossed in all free bets, bonus bets, etc. onto Rahm to win. I don't bet that much so it ended up being like $75 for me. His was like $800 or something, and while they did pay him out they locked his account to like a $20 max bet. He complained but they didn't care, he just closed his account and uses other sites now.
 
That’s interesting to me as there has to be guys that bet thousands without restrictions. I know a guy who hit two NFL parlays within 2 weeks that paid him close to $20k. DK hasn’t restricted him at all. Seems inconsistent.
 
Neither DK nor FD have limited me, and I have never made a 2nd depost with either after opening my account a couple of years ago.
 
DK gives you a free 50 dollar bet if the hornets score 1 point
