Live in Winston. Have an old secondary fridge in the basement that died. Need to get it hauled away. Other than buying a new one and having them take this one away, is there a cheap (free) way to get one hauled off?

Metal or junk collector. I'm not in Winston but I had a repair man who collected metal to trade in for cash a side job. He took my old frig.

That was what I was thinking....was hoping someone on here could give me a name / number of someone

when I left town I used a guy named Art Vandalay, was quick and easy

Too bad it doesn't work. Heard rj needed extra space for all the severed boy heads he's been collecting

If you are in the city, there is a designated bulky item pickup schedule yearly...

If you missed the bulky item pick up for your location... (only a couple more left for this season)

Near the bottom...

White goods are defined as; stoves, ranges, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units, hot water heaters, dish washing machines, clothes washing machines, clothes dryers, fireplace inserts, floor model gas, oil, or wood fired heaters, trash compactors, and large humidifiers/dehumidifiers. If you have any of these "white goods", you may take them to the Hanes Mill Road Landfill free of charge.

Seriously, just put it on the curb and on CL. It'll be gone in like an hour.

In gso you call the city and they will pickup
