NIT 2024: Next in a Long Line of Basketball Disappointments

I was sort of expecting P-Fred to actually shoot today. They seem lost without Hunter, which is scary as the starting 5 is the same group we are excited to be coming back as this stout core next year.
 
Forbes said he wanted to play in this tournament…well then coach a team that plays like a D1 team not some playground bs. Forbes should get one more year to make the dance and if not he should be gone. This today is unacceptable
 
I feel like Canka and Clark should’ve been getting 2-4 minutes a game all year just to give guys a breather. Their D is fine and they aren’t throwing the ball away. They’d also be a lot better right now.
 
was obviously expecting to see the some of the bench guys to play. was not expecting to see clark and canka on the floor at the same time in the first half.
 
Without Sallis…seeing who is viable for next year is more important. This is an exhibition tournament, might as well use it for something that matters
 
Reid comes back and promptly takes a second three. Feels like that is an harbinger of how the rest of the game is going to go.
