NV voting to fully legalize weed

Sure but they'll be selling weed at the tables. Plus Grandma will play more slots if her glaucoma isn't acting up.

I feel like a lot of the United States doesn't understand how weed works.

California voting to legalize it this year is going to be the tipping point. States can't keep ignoring how much money it brings in. Colorado is on pace to bring in $150m in tax revenue in 2016, not counting the side taxes that a tourism boost brings in.

California is about 8 times larger and attracts about 5 times as many tourists. It could very easily bring in $1-2b/yr just in marijuana taxes. That's only around 1% of their budget, but it's still a gigantic number.

Not to mention the tax revenues generated from the sales of Fritos, Cheezits, and Lil Debbie's.
