Official 2012-2013 NBA Season postmortem

Vorm is just like "what the fuck was I supposed to do with that?"

Just want to point out again what an asshole and hypocrite David Stern is. Anything about the Heat sitting LeBron, Wade, and Chalmers in San Antonio last night? Of course not, because he doesn't give a shit about small market San Antonio, the game wasn't on a major network, and he hates Gregg Popovich.

While I agree that Stern is an asshole and a hypocrite, last night's Heat/Spurs game was not the reason. In the 11/29/12 matchup in Miami, Duncan, Parker, Ginobli and Green all were listed as "DNP NOT WITH TEAM." It was the Spurs' third game in four nights and the last game of their East coast roadtrip, and Pop literally didn't even bring his boys to the damn stadium. Compare that to last night, where LeBron, Wade, and Chalmers all were with the team but had pre-documented injuries (strained right hamstring and strained right ankle for LeBron and Wade, respectively.)

Even if Spoelstra was trying to pull a Popovich and sit everyone in a game he thought the Heat would probably lose anyway, he did it in a much more subtle and believable way than Pop did back in November.

At least Popovich was upfront with the reason; his guys needed a rest. Let's not pretend any of the injuries to the Heat players were anything other than "need a night off". It's the same result to the fans in San Antonio who didn't get to see LeBron and Wade for the one game they would be playing in that arena this season (excluding the possible Finals matchup).

Oh please, the SA fans didn't get to see LeBron or Wade (which is a bigger draw than Duncan, Ginobli, and Parker) in their only game vs Miami. Even if spoelstra handled it differently, the fans still got robbed, which is the same excuse he used when he fined the Spurs

Also Pops comments were hilarious

I had no idea Jeannie Buss was a babe. Looks like a aged well 50 year old Emily Van Camp

Who's hotter? Brittany Griner or Kelly Olynyk from Gonzaga:
