Are you getting to L'ville early on Friday? If so, you should drive over to the Lexington area and do the Bourbon Trail.
This year's 3 yo class seems to have a bunch of very good horses but no superstars yet. Justify, McKinsie, Audible and Magnum Moon seem to have a chance to become top level horses. Bolt D'Oro started his career like a world-beater but has come up just short since then.
Don't be sucked in by Mendelssohn's 18+ length win in Dubai. We have no idea who those other horses were. They have been bringing horses from that race to the Derby for nearly twenty years. If I'm not mistaken, 8th is best finish. Granted, no one won that easily. Something else to think about is that the older horses who run in the Dubai Gold Cup on the same day as the 3yos is that the older horses rarely start running in the US until mid-late June. The trip is just too tough. If Mendelssohn wins, he's likely to win the Triple Crown as he will have proven to be very special.
Take a look here to learn about the horses.

If you click on the horse, you can learn more about them. If you go to their races and click on each, you can watch their previous races.
I might like Good Magic in the exotics, but he doesn't look like a winner. Noble Indy barely beat a bad field in Louisiana.
Let's see the post positions and see who actually runs.
Had a fun weekend in Lexington last weekend. Too bad you didn't have this planned a few months ago. Keeneland has an amazing party for the Derby, but it's sold out and has a waiting list.
