Everyone knows Trump's done something unethical or illegal in his business affairs. Also know he's a crazy pathological liar. Its the classic ends justify the means moral debate. Because the means to get him on either obstruction, perjury, or something unethical to enrich himself don't seem to be legit. We knowingly elected that dipshit, now deal with it for 4 years.

We are dealing with it, We just want to know how much obstruction he and his cohorts have done and whether it rises to "high crimes and misdemeanors" or not, if no then fine, if yes it would be nice to not have a criminal as president.

lol pot meet kettle. Trump could shoot a baby on live TV and Trump apologists would justify it.

and ConnorEl

you guys are both suffering from serious cases of TDS, very serious cases, when you can't tell the difference between defending Trump and criticizing your foolishness, you are pretty far gone

before he was elected as the result of a horse shit russian collusion investigation that lacked proper limitations thanks to corrupt rosengoldsilverstein?

Woke Joe Walsh continues to impress.

So pretty much our entire national security and foreign policy apparatus is under attack. If you wanted to dismantle our Republic, this is pretty much how you would do it.

Well to be fair....the FISA court is a sketchy shadowy thing that has few checks and balances other than the goodness of the people running it. After 9/11 FISA was expanded to include US citizens as part of the Patriot Act. Liberals and Libertarians have been complaining about it (though not super vehemently) as a civil liberties issue for years. It would not be a bad thing to examine how it operates and review it’s processes and procedures. Kind of looks like it was actually abused a bit in the case of the Page warrant (but that has little to do with what Trump and been accusing the FBI of for months). I doubt anything useful will come out of this though...just partisan bullshit hackery.

Thanks for the response. I was more making a comment about the broad attacks on the FBI, CIA, DOJ and now State Department. But yea I agree - we should be able to have a healthy debate on the FISA process and not hijack it for political purposes. What's even more ironic is that Paul Ryan and the rest of the Republican caucus voted to re-authorize the current FISA law 2 weeks ago. If they cared that much, you think they would have raised their concerns at that point.
