I solved today's Redactle (#298) in 77 guesses with an accuracy of 37.66%. Played at https://www.redactle.com/

I got force real early and thought it was physics related, but got thrown off when the word physics wasn't in the article.

I think plural / singular should be auto included and not cost you 2 words.

I try to guess locations and got Iraq early, and Ur and Mesopotamia soon after, so I kept guessing archeology words. Guessing "wagon" and the words next to it eventually got me there. My tactics may need refinement.

Agree on plurals. I had more than ten words between "vertebrate" and "vertebrates", and "vertebrata" was somewhere in there.

This one was a little fluky though. I'll explain why tomorrow.

I saw the A in italics and went for math and algebra but it didn’t come up. I didn’t think it was location or animal so I guessed letters and got a b and c. I didn’t get a d and e but I tried f and got F for force. I was still stuck. I was doing this while watching Niners-Eagles. The play by play guy said “let’s spin the wheel” about something. I thought wheel could be a word that worked with force and it did.
