Thoughtless guess and unusual word cost me today

In what way? I don’t notice any difference.

I feel like the words arent as varied. Lots of similar letter groupings in consecutive words. Who knows, I realize its probably a giant matrix and I am being dumb

I wonder if they expanded the list. The creator originally gave his partner a list of all 5-letter words and they picked the ones they knew.

It’s most likely it’s just running it course, the novelty has worn off but you have an easy excuse to jump off the bandwagon after it got taken over by the NYT.
