[Vistria swooped up Apollo, Biden & Kerry son's went into business together, meanwhile Biden & Kerry were negotiating China deals & helping their son's company Rosemont Seneca!!! What lying load of crap! Trump didn't share or react to the intel in January or Feb. This is indisputable. His "China closing" still allowed over FORTY THOUSAND people to travel from China to the US over the next six weeks.
 
Here is an excellent take on Biden and the Tara Reade allegations from a friend of mine who does workshops on sexual assault awareness, prevention, and sexual empowerment, mostly on college campuses.

Ok, here goes. I have been asked numerous times to comment. Give my 2 cents on the allegation against Vice President Biden. My thoughts as they came to me-they are not listed in any order. Feel free to share your thoughts but any shaming or showboating of any kind will be deleted. I have worked in this field for 17 years. I will not be spoken to or have anyone I am friends with treated with any disrespect. I am an advocate first.
1. Ms. Reade deserves to have her claims reviewed, to be treated with respect, to not fear for her life and to be given every opportunity to have her claims both heard and investigated.
2. I do not only believe people who come forward and out against non-democrats. I take all allegations seriously.
3) VP Biden has done incredible things for women and survivors.
4) My parents were married by a priest in a Catholic Church. My mom had not yet chosen Judaism and my father was Jewish. Mixed marriages were universally rejected by organized religion. The priest who married my mom and dad- a man who was kind and good to them-when every other religious leader said their love was unacceptable. This priest, we later learned was a pedophile. A hero in my family’s story- is a monster in another’s. How does this relate?
I believe the VP is a good person. I know too many people of character, that I admire who hold him in the highest regard for his moral compass and genuine desire to reduce violence against women. I share a personal tidbit to illustrate that “good people” (whatever that means) can do bad things-both can be true. And bad people can do “good things”. Who we allege to be is not always black and white.
5) I also think this is why we need to elect more women.
6) I think, allegations aside that VP Biden has been an excellent public servant. Before you @ me. reread #4.
7) Yes, I think he would be a better choice than the sitting President. The choice between the two is easy for me. But I still ask for full transparency. I would very much like people to take the allegations against the sitting President as zealously as they do this one. Pick one...there are dozens.
8 I also think that for the same reason this has never hurt any large stage politician other than Al Franken is because we would rather not believe survivors than lose elections. Promotions. Opportunities. That may be the saddest part of it all. We will sacrifice our women first.
9) VP Biden has been a hero of mine. But I do not believe anyone is above the law.
10) Elect more women. The culture will change.
11) If this brings you any glee because it bolsters your candidate or otherwise- you are an asshole. No need to crowdsource, it is a fact.
Did he? Didn't he? I do not know. What I do know is survivors would come forward sooner and more often if they were treated differently. So take allegations seriously and stop making this political. It’s a moral issue. We will either universally believe survivors and ask for a proper investigation each and every time or please stop pretending to care.
Stop writing articles/posting/ doing tv segments to express your outrage. When what it really is an opportunity for people to make a persons pain and suffering a political victory lap.

This statement in particular stands out and, I believe, matches the substance of my posts on this situation: "It’s a moral issue. hi ya'll! for those of you exhaustively dissecting this Biden rape/allegation stuff, I just wanted to drop in a note from the Real World [voters that pay attention to 'media' (lower case M)]: my wife, an extremely talented/smart woman who is fairly progressive but not a news junkie, is now all in for Cuomo. based on that, I'm pretty sure this whole Biden thing doesn't even matter [for political/election purposes (gross)] for like 90% of non-trump fans

Sure, but we're on a message board on the internet. I don't think anybody outside of maybe RJ thinks that there is any correspondence between this board and real life. We're discussing the Biden thing because it presents a pretty serious moral challenge to the Democratic Party's embrace of the #metoo movement in the 2016 and 2018 election cycles.

I honestly don't understand the Cuomo love, though. The guy is fucking terrible as soon as he gets off tv (e.g., like using medicaid and hospital funding as a bargaining chip in the budgetary process during a pandemic that has absolutely destroyed New York). Does your wife know much about New York politics or is she does she just Daddy Cuomo calms his constituents nighttime shtick?

The AP today has uncovered TWO more RJ & Ph so put that in your pipes & smoke it! Your boy Biden is gone and you either have to go with Socialist Sanders, Wind Bag Cuomo ro Businessman Cuban.. None of the sexual assault allegations are going to grow legs because the Democratic party can't risk actually investigating them and potentially finding them true. Luckily for them, much like the Republicans, the voters don't pay attention, and the ones that do pay attention don't believe them.
 
The allegations have been investigated by different entities and they've been found lacking.
