Password Management for Small/Medium Size Business

I'm examining password management systems that I can use to distribute passwords securely to different groups of people within my organization. Looking for something where I can set up permissions/groups and possibly even a browser plugin that allows users to autofill passwords so that they never have access to the password itself.

Any suggestions?

We use Password Manager Pro at my office. Not too sure of any details further than I use it daily and it seems to work pretty well. As far as I know different groups have access to different sets of passwords. We do have to manually enter the passwords so I'm not sure if that is an option or not, could be that we just don't have that turned on.
