Paul George with a serious leg injury

He was chasing down the court to make a block and his foot got caught under the basket stanchion.

The result was not pretty.


ETA: Apparently you can't put a vine in the spoiler, but Mr. Sokolove has it from youtube one post down. Horrific injury.

That's a tib-fib fracture. Good grief that's ugly.
 
I typically avoid such replays. My failure to do so here was unwise. Awful.

On a positive note this should give him more time to knock up skrippers and try to meet girlfriends online.
 
Damn that's twice now Coach K has seen an injury like that in person. First was the Kevin Ware injury a couple years ago. Just so unfortunate. Hope he can come back strong next year. Prayers up.

Why the fuck is that stanchion so close to the floor? They shouldn't even be practicing on that court.
