Speaking of barrel-aged beers, holy shit this is good

Trip In The Woods Old Fashioned | Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.

Estate grains and hops are used to produce an Imperial Red Ale that is then aged in Bourbon and Bitter barrels for 18 months with orange peel. This combination produces a very smooth drinking beer reminiscent of an Old Fashioned cocktail.

I saw that. Incendiary is great.

I hope they have some delicious adjacent restaurants like the Bailey Park area does.

Cugino Forno and Incendiary is one of our favorite hangout nights.



Visited Hops and Sting in Grapevine, TX yesterday. Neat little brewery, but nothing exceptional. Still have no idea what a Texas IPA is.

They are going into revolution mill. Right now there’s a Cugino Forno and Kau. But they are opening up a new section (which will include incendiary) that has space few another restaurant or two.
