Have Jake and Alondes been invited to the combine? I’ve seen reports of invites but nothing on them.
Les just tweeted that both have been invited.

That's great news. Last year 69 players were invited. The vast majority were drafted. A few went back to school (e.g. Max Abmas, Ochai Agbaji, Johnny Juzang)
Is it too early to start an "If Jake comes back should we Hang It?" thread?
Seems like he's waiting to see how he does at the Combine.
Each and every subsequent NBA mock draft/big board/etc. I come across seems to have Jake projected to be drafted higher (i.e., earlier) than the one before, to the point where it feels like Jake being a first rounder has moved from plausible to probable.
Air Alamo really likes Jake. Here’s a recent mention:
3. Jake LaRavia, Wake Forest
It's hard to mention Wake Forest basketball without immediately thinking of the greatness of Tim Duncan. Jake LaRavia walked the same hallways and played on the same court as Duncan during his time in Winston-Salem. And while LaRavia may not be quite the powerhouse TD was coming out of Wake Forest in 1997, he's a versatile all-around player that could help the Spurs from day one.
A big wing that plays like a modern four, LaRavia has excellent touch around the rim, shooting 56% from the floor in 2021-22. He's a bruiser who can take you off the dribble from 15 feet out and score over you or hit you with a sneaky good right-handed hook shot. The 228-pound forward isn't one-dimensional offensively, either. LaRavia shot 38% from three on 73 attempts during his junior season at Wake. He brings a strong rebounding presence as well and could be a very solid addition with the 38th pick.

The NBA Draft Combine starts today. We should get official measurements tomorrow. Jake was listed at 6-8/235 at Wake. If he measures out around 6-9/240, I think his stock will go up to be a solid first round pick and can be slotted as a stretch 5.
Most of that seems about right. I don't pay attention to body fat for basketball guys (I feel like it is more publicized for the NFL draft), but 9% seems a bit high.
