You can't possibly be this stupid. We aren't even spending money in your couch money on enforcing the law against Trump and virtually no manpower. In a government with millions of employees, you can engage a couple hundred on anything.

We know where Putin's money is. We should take double digit billions from him. That will get his attention.

Trump giving Syria to Russia is a similar situation.

This. Most likely, those voters would either vote for another third party candidate, write somebody in, abstain, or just stay home.
 
In the Paul’s defense, this is pretty consistent with what they claim to believe.
 
Also, pulling out of Syria is way more of a pro Turkey move than a pro Russian one
