Ranking of returning wings. in order to be considered you haveto be a returning player who played at least 300 minutes in ACC regular season games last year. Only ACC regular season stats were used. Your system gives more credit to mediocre players that played heavy minutes and less (none?) to per minute and tempo-adjusted production from players that may have been coming off the bench last year.

I think 20 mpg is too high a threshold as well if you intend this to be a predictive ranking. There could easily be guys that only got 10-15 mpg last year that are major contributors this and better than some schmoe that started for a last place team last year.
