And you wonder why 71% of Hispanics voted Dem in 2012. Jeb Bush supports this. It was written by a Republican but a majority of House Republicans oppose giving citizenship to young people who were brought to America illegally by their parents. They oppose allowing those kids to earn citizenship by willingly put their lives on the line to defend our nation.

"
Alabama Republican Mo Brooks argued the bill would hurt U.S. citizens.

"I don't think it's in Americans best interests from an economic standpoint to dramatically increase the job opportunities for illegal aliens who are competing against American citizens for those jobs," Brooks said."

"King said Wednesday that those who want to enlist in the military should be immediately deported instead.

"As soon as they raise their hand and say, 'I'm unlawfully present in the United States,' we're not going take your oath into the military, but we're going to take your deposition and we have a bus for you to Tijuana," he told Breitbart News. "That's the law."

What's even worse than racists like King is the fact John Boehner is such a coward.

Votes like this basically guarantee a Dem will win in 2016. You can't lose 95% of blacks, 71% Hispanics and white women and win. It's simply about the numbers.

Putting aside whether or not the bill itself is worthwhile, what is the problem with some Republicans objecting to bills proposed by other Republicans? Isn't that the objective, that each individual representative combine his own views with the views of his constituents to vote how he sees fit, and not simply vote along common party lines?

It's about this bill.

This just in- New voting laws being passed in TX, AZ, NC, GA, FL that will make anyone named Garcia, Rodgriguez ,Maria, Jose and a list of 150 more names prove that their all of their ancestors came to America legally or they can't vote.

That's about the only way the GOP will get more than 20% of the Hispanic vote in 2016 the way they have been acting over the past four years.

Any chance "Cruz" is on that list?

Cruz invaded from the North. It's an unfortunate exemption.

Amazes me that King and Gohmert can't stop saying stupid stuff, but they're bright enough to avoid running for Senate. They're Todd Akins/Christine O'Donnells waiting to happen.

Gohmert is a terrific example of onomatopoeia.
