Rick Perry was high during GOP debates?

That would certainly make sense. I've said it time and again that I was not a Rick Perry fan at all, but I also know that the idiocy on display during those debates was a bit out of character for him.
 
From what I have heard, he is every bit as odd as he appeared in the debates, and he needs no meds to act that strange.
