Does the Obama administration still hold the record for denying or withholding the largest amount of FOI requests?

Ask NYT reporter James Risen his thoughts on the Obama administration's dealings with the media after he was threatened with a jail sentence for not divulging his source.

Or what about the secret subpoena to seize phone records of AP reporters? Or the Obama DOJ seizing phone records and emails of a Fox News reporter who they claimed was a co-conspirator with N. Korea?

Sorry that I expected more from the self-proclaimed "most transparent administration in history".

It's been awhile, but if I remember correctly, I don't seem to recall any Obama administration officials calling up and threatening reporters with investigations of their finances and private lives, making threats on twitter and other social media to ruin their careers, or constant attacks on the news media on twitter from Obama himself at 1 or 2 AM in the morning, probably while sitting on a WH toilet. Nor do I recall Obama regularly saying that any news media even remotely critical of him was "fake news!" or calling the press corps an "enemy of the people." And I do remember Obama having a good many press conferences, and his Press Secretary having frequent press briefings, unlike Trump and his revolving door of WH Press Secretaries. But other than all that, I'm sure that Obama and Trump have so much in common when it comes to their treatment of the press.

So the stories about the NYT reporter (James Risen), the secret subpoena to seize phone records of AP reporters, and seizing phone records and emails of a Fox News reporter never happened under the Obama administration? It's all Fake News? What about the 77% withholding/redaction of FOI requests reported by that well known conservative organization, PBS???
